  zero stars if possible would be more appropriate. I spent an extra day in the hospital waiting to be seen by Dr. Vince Moss. After he didn't show up I was given discharge instructions to be seen in outpatient care. I scheduled the appointment at which time they took my insurance information. I showed up for my first attempt to be seen and they allegeldy called an hour before my appointment to tell me that they needed to reschedule. I didn't get this message but rescheduled for a week later. I show up for this appt. at which time they inform me that the dr. doesn't accept my insurance. I spoke with them 3 weeks before this 2nd outpatient appt. when they took my insurance and they didn't communicate that they don't accept my insurance, they didn't communicate it to me the week before when I showed up for the appointment they cancelled on me an hour before, they waited until essentially the 4th time I was supposed to be seen by the Dr. to inform me that they don't accept my insurance. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. When I asked the nurse/receptionist if they thought if my experience was appropriate customer service she just said she doesn't know my health. I said that has nothing to do about the fact that they gave me the run around for over a month at this point. Attempt to get service by this group at your own risk and if anyone is actually lucky enough to be seen go buy a lottery ticket.
