- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I missed my first appoint for my sons first adjustments, which happened because I totally forgot about it, my human error. I called to schedule and explain and they say they don't offer after school hours and the next adjustment is 3 months away, until February. The receptionist Veronica was very rude to me and said that that was my conscience for missing it my appointment. It is very upsetting that she could not accommodate my son any time before February for an after school appointment. Unfortunately I have to tolerate this because I started the treatment here. Veronica did not even offer to take down my name and number in case someone cancels which I feel was the correct thing to do in this circumstances. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible Attitude. My son Cap fell down where the braces was attached and the entire bracket started falling apart. He was uncomfortable and he snap the part which was bothering him because We got appointment not till 2 weeks the office was closed. I went there yesterday and instead of listening Dr. Went on asking my son why this is happening again & again and blaming him eating bigger bites. On top on that the Dr. Was frustrated on my son thats not his job at all. Kids got to eat but the issue is, he is eating less because he thinks he will get blame for.....horrible. I will leave the office if they reimburse my left over payents. I don't want my son self confidence to come down just because of the braces or brackets.October 25, 2017by Vishal Sood
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Completely disappointed in the outrageous fees associated with orthodontic repairs. We were charged the same price, $271.00 for a simple bonding repair as for a complete retainer replacement. I would not recommend this orthodontist company to anyone.
